摘要
目的:了解中医教学医院神经科研究生入学时知识结构情况,探讨专科培训对其知识结构的影响。方法:针对在读及毕业研究生发放调查问卷进行回访,对其专业知识、临床技能、科研水平等方面进行分析。结果:通过专科培训,研究生在神经解剖、神经内科常见病、脑梗死诊疗常规、神经系统查体等方面得分明显高于在读研究生(P<0.05),而科研水平未得到明显提高(P>0.05)。结论:新入学研究生专业知识结构薄弱,通过强化专科基础知识培训、开拓多模式临床带教模式,可促进研究生专科知识的掌握,提高临床水平。
Objective: To understand the knowledge structure of neurologist postgraduate and discuss the effect of specialist train- ing. Methods: The questionnaire was paid to the graduates and postgraduates.Results: Through specialized training, the scores of graduates in neuroanatomy, neurology department common dis- ease, cerebral infarction clinical routine, neurological examina- tion were significantly higher than these of postgraduates (P〈0. 05), but the scientific research level has not been improved obvi- ously (P〉0.05). Conclusion: New students are weak in profes- sional knowledge structure, and specialized training can promote the graduate students' specialized knowledge, and improve clini- cal level.
