Parents empowerment aims to help parents gain the confidence in controlling family education. The connotation of parents empowerment includes enhancing parents＇ sense of con- trol in family education, stimulating parents＇ initiative of fami- ly-kindergarten cooperation, and giving parents the power to participate in kindergarten affairs. The strategy of parents em- powerment includes updating parents＇ concepts of education, im- proving parents＇ ability of education and enhancing parents＇ con- sciousness of right.
