摘要
在园本课程开发过程中,如何在现有师资水平的基础上保证园本课程开发的质量是幼儿园园本课程建设亟须解决的首要问题。幼儿园在开发园本课程的过程中,可以通过课程专家的介入,保障园本课程开发的科学性;采取自上而下的引导,保障园本课程开发的系统性;保证自下而上的反馈,从而保障园本课程开发的实效性;按阶段计划稳步实施,保障园本课程开发的可操作性;建立园本课程配套资源库,保障课程资源的高品质性。以此开发园本课程,能够在一定程度上保证园本课程开发的质量。
In kindergarten-based curriculum development, how to ensure its quality based on the present level of teaching staff is the principal issue to be solved in the process. In kinder- garten-based curriculum development, experts can be introduced to ensure its scientific development; the guidance from top to bot- tom can be adopted to ensure its systematic development; the feedback from top to bottom should be ensured to guarantee its efficient development; the implementation should accord with different stages and the plan, so as to ensure its feasibility; a sup- porting resource library can be established to ensure the quality of its development. The above methods will ensure the quality of kindergarten-based curriculum development to a eertain degree.
