浅析美国高等职业教育的自由性和实用性

Analysis on the Freedom and Practicality of Higher Vocational Education in the United States

完善高等职业教育是我国构建终身教育体系和学习型社会的重要内容。美国高等职业教育从政策到管理,从招生到教学都体现着自主性和实用性的特点。美国作为世界上社区教育发展水平较高的国家之一,它的先进的社区教育经验特别是社区教育值得我们借鉴和学习。本文对美国社区教育的发展、实施、管理、运行机制等方面进行了分析,并提出了发展我国职业教育的若干启示。

It is an important content to improve the community e- ducation and build the lifelong education system or learning soci- ety in our country. From the policy to the management, from the enrollment to the teaching, American community education em- bodies the characteristics of autonomy and practicality. America as one of the countries with higher education development level in the world, its advanced community education experience is worth our reference and study. This paper analyzes the develop- ment, implementation, management, and operating mechanism of community education in America, then puts forward some advice for developing higher vocational education in China.
