摘要
随着时代的发展,我国中职教育越来越重视培养学生的创新能力和实践能力,因此,如何提高教学质量是当前研究的热点,越来越多人尝试在教学中采用新的课型,以求提高教学质量。本论文以广州市课题"工学结合理念下的餐饮服务与管理课程课型实践研究"为背景,以"餐饮服务与管理"课程为例论述中职教育特色课型在课程中的实践应用,试图对中职教育特色课型的应用提出思考建议。
With the development of the times, the cultivation of students' innovation and practice abilities has been attached to more and more importance in China's secondary vocational edu- cation, therefore, how to improve teaching quality is the focus of the current research, and more and more people are attempting to adopt new types of courses in teaching in order to improve teach- ing quality. With the subject of Guangzhou City, "practice and research on catering service and management as a type of course under the concept of work-study combination" as the back- ground, exemplified by "Catering Service and Management", this paper elaborates the practice and application of characteristic types of courses in secondary vocational education, intending to propose some suggestions on the application of characteristic types of courses in secondary vocational education.
