“教授治学”是完善中国特色现代大学制度的需要

"Professors' Scholarly Research" is the Need to Improve the Modern University System with Chinese Characteristics

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》提出:要完善中国特色现代大学制度,探索教授治学的有效途径,充分发挥教授在教学、学术研究和学校管理中的作用。目前,我国高等学校实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制。因此,积极探索高校如何在党委领导下的校长负责制环境中发挥好教授的治学作用,是我们党和国家在新时期对高校的要求,也是学校建设和发展特别是人才培养工作和实施人才强国战略的需要,更是完善中国特色现代大学制度的需要。

It is put forward in ＂The National Medium and Long Term Program for Education Reform and Development （2010-2020）＂ that we should improve the modem university sys- tem with Chinese characteristics, explore effective ways of pro- fessors＇ scholarly research, give full play to the role of professors in teaching, academic research and school administration. At present, the headmaster responsibility system under the leader- ship of the Party is implemented in China＇s higher education. Therefore, to actively explore how to well play the role of profes- sors＇ scholarly research in the environment of headmaster re- sponsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee, is the requirement of the Party and country for colleges in the new period, as well as the need of college construction and develop- ment, especially talent cultivation and the implementation of thestrategy of reinvigorating China through human resource devel- opment, and also the need of improving the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.
