品管圈结构用于防止神经外科术中压疮发生的效果观察

目的探究品管圈结构用于防止神经外科术中压疮发生的效果。方法选取2014年1—6月在该院神经外科手术室治疗的患者140例,设为品管圈结构前组,2014年6—12月在神经外科手术室治疗的患者132例,设为品管圈结构后组。成立品管圈结构小组,选定"降低神经外科术中压疮发生发生率"作为结构主题,对神经外科术中压疮发生现状进行分析,找出影响神经外科术中压疮发生的因素,制定相应的护理措施并执行,比较品管圈结构前后神经外科术中压疮发生率。结果实施品管圈结构后,神经外科术中压疮发生率由8.6%减低到2.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施品管圈结构后,神经外科患者护理满意度综合评分由(90.6±2.5)分提高到(93.5±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护士综合能力评分由(45.1±4.6)分提高到(64.8±6.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈结构能防止神经外科术中压疮发生,并且能够提高神经外科护理质量,提高护士综合能力。

Objective To explore the quality control circle structure to prevent the occurrence of pressure sore for the effect of Department of neurosurgery. Methods from 2014 January to June in the treatment of 140 cases of patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurosurgery, a front group for quality control cir- cle structure, from June to December 2014 in Department of Neurosurgery, 132cases of hospitalized pa- tients, as quality control circle structure group. The establishment of quality control circle structure group, selected ＂to reduce pressure ulcer occurrence rate in Department of Neurosurgery surgery＂ as the theme structure, through the analysis on the present situation of pressure ulcers occurred in the Department of Neurosurgery, find out the factors influencing the occurrence of pressure ulcers in the Department of Neu- rosurgery, formulate the corresponding nursing measures and the implementation of quality control circle structure, compared before and after the pressure ulcer incidence rate in Department of neurosurgery. Re- suits The implementation of quality control circle structure, pressure ulcers occurred in the Department of neurosurgery operation rate from 8. 6% down to 2.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） ; the implementation of quality control circle structure, nursing satisfaction of patients in the Depart- ment of Neurosurgery, comprehensive score by （90.6 ＋ 2.5） points improved to [93.5 ＋ 1.3）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） ; nurses＇ comprehensive ability score by （45.1 ＋ 4. 6） points improved to （64.8 ＋ 6.3）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The quality control circle structure can prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers in the Department of Neurosurgery, Department of neurosurgery and can improve nursing quality, improve the comprehensive ability of nurses.
