连续性护理干预对角膜移植患者术后疗效的影响

INFLUENCE OF CONTINUOUS NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF THE PATIENTS AFTER KERATOPLASTY

目的探讨连续性护理干预对角膜移植患者术后疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的72例行角膜移植术患者的临床资料,按照护理干预方式分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例),分别给予常规护理和常规护理联合连续性护理。观察二组的术后住院天数、出院时患者满意度以及术后3个月并发症发生率,并进行比较。结果对照组和观察组的术后住院天数经比较差异有统计学意义,观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的出院时患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访3个月,入组的72例患者均获得随访,无脱落病例,随访率达到100.00%。经随访和比较可得,观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对角膜移植患者实施连续性护理干预可以获得较好的效果,显著缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的满意度,并有效降低患者的术后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the the curative effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients after keratoplasty. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 72 cases of corneal transplantation in author＇s hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, and were divided into control group （36 cases） and observation group （36 cases） according to the nursing interventions, and were given conven- tional nursing and conventional nursing combined with continuous nursing. Postoperative hospital stay, pa- tients satisfaction when discharged and complication rate of 3 months post operation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative hospital stay of the observation group and the control group had statistically significance difference, the observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; Patients＇ satisfaction discharged in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. All 72 patients were followed up for 3 months, no loss case, fol- low- up rate reached 100 %. The follow- up and more available, the incidence of complications in observa- tion group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention on patients with corneal transplantation can obtain good effect, significantly shorten the hospi- talization time of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and effectively reduce the incidence rate of the pa- tients with postoperative complications.
