锥形复合材料筒斜钻孔装置设计

摘要 在碳纤维复合材料构件的连接中,机械连接是最主要的连接形式,而孔加工由于数量多、难度大,成为碳纤维复合材料后加工中极为重要的工序。为了在锥形碳纤维复合材料筒(以下简称复合筒)上钻削成一定角度的台阶孔,对碳纤维复合材料钻削技术进行研究,设计了一套专用的钻孔加工装置。该装置由旋转定位台、进给机构、可旋转钻台等组成。立式定位避免了大直径筒件在卧式定位时造成的重力变形及定位误差,钻头的多自由度移动不仅满足了在复合筒上加工不同角度孔的要求,而且保证了钻孔精度。 In the connection of Carbon fiber reinforced plastics, mechanical connection is one of the most important forms of connection. Due to the large quantity and difficulty of hole machining, it becomes the extremely important process. In order to machine holes of different angles,based on the development of the machining of CFRP both in domestic and abroad, the design of a device is presented. The drilling device consists of rotary positioning units, feed mechanism, rotatable drill station and control system components. Vertical positioning avoids the gravity deformation and position deviation of the large diame- ter tube, when it is horizontal positioned. The drills' muhiple degrees of freedom not only meets the requirement of machining holes of different angles on the tapered CFRP cyhndrical component,but also ensures the drilling accuracy.
