摘要
从系统论角度出发,将城市群可持续发展系统划分为经济、社会、人口、资源与环境五大子系统。针对长株潭城市群的发展特点,建立可持续发展综合测度指标体系,并运用改进熵值法对指标赋权。引入协调发展度模型,综合测度长株潭城市群的可持续发展程度以及可持续系统的协调发展程度。依据测算结果绘制可持续综合协调发展曲线,并将2003~2013年长株潭城市群的可持续发展划分为三个阶段。测度结果基本符合实际情况。
From the perspective of system theory, the urban sustainable development system is divided into five subsystems, namely economic, social, population, resources and environment subsystem. According tO the characteristics of the develop- ment of changzhutan urban agglomeration,the comprehensive measurement index system of urban sustainable development is established, and the improved entropy method is used to weighting index. The coordinated development degree model is in- troduced in order to comprehensively measure the sustainable development degree and the coordinated development degree of sustainable system of changzhutan urban agglomeration. The sustainable comprehensive development and coordinated de- velopment curve is drawed according to the calculated results ,and the period from 2003 to 2013 of the sustainable develop- ment of changzhutan urban agglomeration is divided into three stages. The measure results are basically in consistent with the actual situation.
