摘要
运用基于多阶反映型的PLS-SEM分析方法,探讨了企业实施绿色供应链管理(GSCM)在组织绩效的中介作用下对绿色形象和竞争优势的影响。本研究综合考虑组织绩效的四个维度,分析组织在实施GSCM过程中如何均衡发展短期/长期绩效。实证结果表明企业实施GSCM显著影响组织内外部绩效并最终提升竞争优势。在实际操作中,企业可从生态设计、绿色采购及客户合作、内部环境管理等方面改善环境问题,同时注重绿色管理创新,充分投入资源和展开各项支持与配套措施来确保GSCM的成功实施。
Using a muhi-stage reflective PLS- SEM analysis, the influence on Green supply chain management (GSCM) between organizations' performance, green image and competitive advantage is explored. Four dimensions of organizations' performance are considered. How enterprises balance short-term and long-term performance through implementing GSCM is analyzed. Empirical results indicate that GSCM implementation has significant effect on both internal and external perform- ance of organizations, and ultimately promotes competitive advantage. In practice, competitive advantage from eco design, green purchase and customer collaboration can be improved, green management innovation should be focused on, sufficient resources,supports and measures should be provided to ensure to implement GSCM successfully.
