专利导航视角下宝鸡钛及钛合金产业转型突破路径研究 被引量:1

Researches on Titanium and Titanium Alloy Industrial's Restructured and Developmental Path in Baoji under Patented Navigation Perspective

摘要 为通过专利导航推进产业转型突破,测度了宝鸡钛及钛合金产业园区的集聚状况,比较了各国具有代表性的企业在钛产业链的专利申请情况以及宝鸡市钛产业专利联盟在产业链的布局情况,发现宝鸡钛及钛合金产业链的中游集聚度较强,宝鸡钛及钛合金产业专利布局意识不足、协同不够、能力不强、结构不优。最后,针对宝鸡现有不同类别的目标企业提出专利导航的发展思路,以实现宝鸡钛及钛合金产业转型突破。 Patented navigation being touted as being the type of resource which drives industrial restructuring has been con- sidered to be solved necessarily. Firstly, the agglomeration is measured in titanium and titanium alloy industrial park in Bao- ji. Secondly,the cobweb model has been established to investigate factors that influence industrial agglomeration in park, comparing patent application and layout of representative businesses in titanium industry chain from horizontal and vertical perspective. It has been showed that the midstream in industry chain is concentrated intensely and patent is laid out uncon- sciously, discordantly, and structure is suboptimal. Thirdly,patent navigation development ideas have been proposed for tar- get enterprises,in order to achieve industrial transformation in titanium and titanium alloy industry in Baoji.
