康复疗养对高原官兵综合体质影响的研究

Influence of rehabilitation and recuperation on comprehensive physique of plateau- stationed officers and soldiers

目的研究康复疗养对刚下高原官兵综合体质的影响。方法将刚下海拔4 000 m以上的31名高原官兵分为常规疗养+高压氧疗组和常规疗养组,分别于入院1 d、疗养15 d及疗养30 d时测量官兵综合体质情况并对其结果进行分析。结果康复疗养30 d后,高原官兵综合体能的优秀率显著高于平原同龄人员较疗养15 d、入院1 d比率明显增高,不合格率下降;两组纵跳、坐位体前屈、选择反应时较入院时都有明显的提高。常规疗养组较常规疗养+高压氧疗组在肺活量方面起到了很好的效果。结论康复疗养30 d对刚下高原官兵综合体质起到很好的提高效果,尤其对高原官兵下山脱习服,促进身心康复具有重要的作用。

Objective To study the influence of rehabilitation and recuperation on comprehensive physique of plateau-stationed officers and soldiers. Methods 31 officers and soldiers who just came down fi＇om the plateau above 4 000 m were divided into two groups：the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group（the normal recuperation ＋ hyperbaric oxy- gen therapy） and the normal recuperation group, and their comprehensive physique status on the 1st day of admission, 15th day and 30th day was measured and analyzed.Results Through 30 days＇ rehabilitation and recuperation, the ex- cellence rate of physical agility among the plateau-stationed officers and soldiers was obviously higher than those of the same age on the plain, and it was also higher than that on the 15th day and the 1st day.The fraction defective de- creased.The vertical jump, sit-and-reach status, and choice reaction time of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those on the 1st day.The normal recuperation group showed better effects on the vital capacity than the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group.Conclusion Rehabilitation and recuperation for 30 days shows good improving ef- fects on comprehensive physique of plateau-stationed officers and soldiers, especially plays an important role in ac- climatization among officers and soldiers coming downhill and promotion of mind and body recuperation.
