不同心理状态的住院军人生理、生化指标特征研究

Study on physiological and biochemical index characteristics of hospitalized soldiers in different psychological states

目的探讨心理健康状况对住院军人生理和血清生化指标的影响。方法选取解放军第91中心医院非精神科的172名住院军人采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)筛选心理健康状况良好者(对照组)和较差者(研究组),常规检测心率、血压、睡眠时间等生理指标,实验室检测空腹血糖(GLU)、皮质醇(COR)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生化指标,对比两组患者的生理生化指标差异。结果心理健康状况较差的住院军人与良好者在心率、血压及睡眠时间方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);研究组GLU、COR和MDA血清浓度显著高于对照组,而SOD显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);住院军人生理和生化指标之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论心理健康状况较差的住院军人存在多项生理和生化指标异常,各指标可以作为判断住院军人目前心理健康状况的重要依据。

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological health status on the physiological and serum bio- chemical indices of hospitalized soldiers. Methods 172 hospitalized soldiers at non-psychiatric department of PLA No. 91 Central Hospital were selected and screened by means of SCL-90 to get a control group with good psychological health status and a research group with poor psychological health status.Physiological indicators of heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep time were normally inspected, and biochemical indicators of GLU, COR, MDA, and SOD were de- tected at laboratory.The differences of physiological and biochemical indicators between the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep time between the soldiers with good psychological health status andthose with poor psychological health status（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.GLU, COR, and MDA of serum concentration in the research group were significantly higher, while SOD was significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）.There were significant correlations between the physiological and biochemical indica- tors in the hospitalized soldiers（P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion There are multiple abnormal physiological and biochem- ical indices among physiological and biochemical indicators with poor psychological health status, which can be regard- ed as a significant basis to judge the present psychological health status of hospitalized soldiers.
