陶瓷刀具铣削高温合金GH4169刀具磨损研究 被引量:4

摘要 对复合硬质合金材料GH4169各种优良性能进行了组成元素的分析,并研究了在不同速度和不同切削距离的条件下陶瓷刀具表面的磨损,进行了陶瓷刀具干铣削镍基高温合金材料GH4169的试验。通过用扫描电子显微镜和能谱(EDS)进行磨损部位的形状和化学元素的分析,得出了陶瓷刀具的失效机理。试验表明:在较低速度下,刀具的磨损主要是以磨粒磨损和微剥落为主;较高速度下,刀具主要以磨粒磨损和沟槽磨损为主,黏结是加速沟槽磨损的重要因素。 The elemental composition of the excellent performance of the nickel-based superalloy material GH4169 is studied in this paper, and the content of the composition is displayed. The experiment of dry milling nickel-based high temperature materials of the ceramic tools is made and studied the surface wear of the ceramic tools in different speed and different cutting distance. Observed the shape of the wear of the surface and studied the elemental composition by SEM and EDS and concluded the failure mechanism of the ceramic tools. It shows that the main wear of the ceramic tools is the abra-sive wear;micro exfoliation and the notch wear in low speed, while the main wear of the ceramic tools changes into the ab-rasive wear, the exfoliation and oxidized wear in high speed.
