摘要
作为现代飞机主要结构材料之一的新材料,复合材料的应用越来越广泛。在分析实际加工条件和被加工材料的特性后,修改原有钻尖几何参数、完善刀具的加工工艺,并介绍了所改进的刀具的设计参数、涂层、试验过程及结果。经过一系列试验,优化后的刀具使用寿命提高30%多,加工效率得到提高。
As one of the main structural material of the application of new materials, modern aircraft composite mate-rials are used more and more widely. Analyzing the actual processing conditions and the characteristics of the processed material, modify the original drill tip geometry parameters. After a series of experiments, the optimized tool to improve service life of more than 30%, improve processing efficiency. This paper introduce design parameters of improved cutting tool, coating, experimental process and results.
