摘要
对大直径大重量焊接式大齿轮磨齿加工时,需要一套磨齿支承胎具。考虑到磨齿机的承重能力,设计胎具时,支承由大齿轮齿圈端面改为轮毂端面,该结构大大降低了胎具的重量。对这两种支承胎具进行了受力变形分析,通过对比,小支承面磨齿胎具变形更小。实践证明,该胎具能够完全满足大齿轮齿形精度的要求。
A set of grinding supporting fixture is needed while grinding machining of large diameter and large weight welded gear. Considering the bearing capacity of gear grinding machine, the supported face is changed from the large gear ring end face to the hub end surface in designing of grinding fixture to greatly reduce the weight. The two fixture deforma-tions are analyzed. Through contrast, the small bearing surface grinding fixture deformation is smaller. The practice tests proved that the fixture can fully meet the accuracy requirements of the large gear tooth.
