SPIRON铣齿刀具加工摆线齿锥齿轮的根切研究

摘要 摆线齿锥齿轮采用等高齿制和连续分度法加工,具有更高的加工效率、更好的传动平稳性及更小的传动噪声。针对SPIRON刀具在铣齿加工中的根切问题进行了相关介绍,并给出了校验公式。 The cycloid gear with constant-depth tooth and continuous-index method has higher production efficiency, better transmission stability and lower noise. The problem about undercut of SPIRON cutter head is introduced and the for-mula is given.
