摘要
利用CO2激光器在PVC塑料表面直接标刻二维条码,引用激光加工深度模型进行了理论分析,建立了加工深度与功率扫描速度的理论模型。而后通过试验对该理论模型进行修正,最后研究了深度对二维条码识别的影响,得出对于识别时间最短的条码的最佳深度范围,进而得到最佳的激光功率和扫描速度的参数组合,为激光直接标刻非金属奠定了基础,对实际打标的过程具有一定指导作用。
Using CO2 laser directly marking the two dimensional barcode in the PVC plastic surface. First on the the-oretical analysis for the depth of laser processing model is carried, the depth theoretical model established. Through the ex-periment of the theoretical model is modified, and finally the influence of depth for two dimensional barcode recognition is studied, to conclude the best depth range for the shortest recognition time and get the best parameter combination of laser power and scanning speed. The foundation for laser directly engraving non-metal is laid, which has a certain guiding role for the actual marking process.
