线板极配湿式电除尘器电晕放电及收尘性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 极配形式作为电除尘器的核心组成部分,对电晕放电有非常重要的影响,并且影响着电除尘器的收尘效率。本文研究了极配形式为RS二刺芒刺线配480C型板时,电场风速和喷嘴压力对湿式电除尘器电晕放电特性的影响,并进行了收尘试验。结果表明:在相同的试验条件下,随着电场风速的增大,伏安特性曲线有向下偏移的趋势,但是起晕电压和火花放电电压变化不大;相同电场风速下,增加湿式电除尘器的喷水量,其伏安特性曲线向上偏移,而其火花放电电压比不喷水时要低很多。以粉煤灰为尘源进行收尘试验,当电场风速为1.0 m/s,喷嘴压力为0.3 MPa时,湿式电除尘器对粉煤灰中微细颗粒物去除效率可达到90%以上。 The electrode matching of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) has great influence on the corona discharge and the collection efficiency.The corona discharge of wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) is influenced by gas velocity and nozzle pressure under the condition of polar matching between RS tubular barbed wire with 480C plate,what′s more,the collection efficiency of WESP has been tested.Results show that the V?I curve tends downward with the wind speed in electric field increasing under the same circum?stance,but the wind speed in electric field has little effect on onset corona voltage and spark voltage; at the same wind speed,the V?I curve tends upward with the spraying water adding,however the spark discharge voltage decreases greatly,compared with no spra-ying water.Using fly ash as the dust source,the collection efficiency of fine particles in fly ash by WESP can be over 90%, while wind speed is 1.0 m/ s,the nozzle pressure is 0.3 MPa.
