激素诱导犊牛卵泡发育的方法

摘要 犊牛卵巢卵母细胞资源丰富,在初情期前的适宜时期,利用外源促性腺激素处理能够诱导卵泡发育,获取大量的卵母细胞。犊牛作为卵母细胞供体应用于育种,将可以加快良种扩繁速度,大幅缩短世代间隔。因此,本文对犊牛卵泡发育特点、犊牛个体选择及激素诱导犊牛卵泡发育方法进行了综述,旨在为优化犊牛激素诱导卵泡发育方法、提高其卵母细胞资源利用效率提供理论基础。 Prepubertal calf with a huge number of oocytes in ovay can exhibit better ovarian response to exogenous gonadotropin treatment during a given time period prior to puberty. Utilization of prepubertal calves as oocyte donors in breeding programs will provides great potential for accelerating genetic gain through a reduced generation interval. Hence, this paper reviewed the characteristic of follicular development, criteria for individual selection and ovarian stimulation protocols in calf with the aim to optimize gonadotropin stimulation scheme, and improves the utilization efficiency of calf oocyte resources.
