摘要
学习支持服务是远程教育极其重要的研究和建设内容,也是影响远程教育质量的一个非常关键的要素。采用文献调研法,以1998~2014年间我国教育技术专业的核心期刊中关于远程学习支持服务的学术论文为研究对象,从研究阶段、研究主题分布、文章引用频次等方面进行量化分析,阐述我国远程学习支持服务的研究现状,并据此展望未来的研究和发展趋势,以期为后续深入研究奠定理论基础。
Learning support service is a vitally important study and construction content of distance education, as well as a criti- cal factor which influences the quality of distance education. By means of literature research method, focusing on the research pa- pers on the distance learning support service in core journals of education technology from 1998 to 2014 in our country, this paper quantitatively analyzes the research phase, the distribution of research topics and the article citation frequency, elaborates the re- search status of distance learning support service, looks into the future research and development trend accordingly, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up in-depth study.
