摘要
自Higgins提出调节聚焦理论以来,近年来此理论在国内外心理学界掀起了研究热潮,它从一个新的视角更深入地阐释和分析了人们行为的动机,并将这种行为动机进行了较为清晰的分类,使之更为广泛地应用于人们的生活实践之中。本文介绍了这一理论的具体内涵及其理论延伸——调节匹配理论,并对这一理论进行了综合分析,指出了该理论未来发展和可能的研究及应用方向。
Since Higgins proposed the Regulatory Focus Theory, this theory became the hotspot for the psychologists both at home and abroad in recent years. Regulatory Focus Theory deeply has interpreted and analyzed the motivation of human behavior from a new perspective. In addition, it classified the behavior motivation, which making it be more widely used in the practice of daily life. This paper introduced the concrete content of this theory and its extension, the regulatory fit theory. After comprehensive analysis, it pointed out that the potential application and possible future research.
