元坝超深高含硫气田开发关键技术 被引量:14

摘要 元坝气田是目前世界上埋藏最深的高含硫生物礁气田,具有埋藏超深、礁体小、储层薄、非均质性强、气水关系复杂等特点,气田开发面临许多技术难题。通过技术引进、集成和创新,形成了以超深复杂生物礁储层精细刻画技术、超深水平井优快钻井技术、超深水平井轨迹实时优化技术、超深长水平段多级暂堵酸化技术等为核心的元坝超深高含硫气田开发关键技术。现场应用表明:储层预测符合率为95%,开发井成功率为100%,单井钻井周期同比缩短100d以上,有效储层钻遇率提高67.5%,酸化增产倍比为2.2~5.O,取得了良好的效果。为其他超深高含硫气田的有效开发提供了借鉴和参考。 Yuanba Gas Field,as the deepest high- sulfur reef gas field in the world presently,is featured by ultra- deep burial depth,small reefs,thin reservoirs,high heterogeneity and complex gas- water relationship. Therefore,its development is faced with many technical challenges. After technology introduction,integrity and innovation,some key techniques for Yuanba ultra- deep high- sulfur gas field are developed,including reservoir refined description technique for ultra- deep complex reef reservoirs,optimal and fast drilling technique of ultra- deep horizontal wells,real time well path optimization of ultra- deep horizontal wells and multi- stage temporary- plugging acidizing technique for ultra- deep long horizontal intervals. Field application achieved good results,for example,reservoir prediction coincidence rate is 95%,development well success ratio is 100%,single well drilling cycle reduced by over 100 days comparing with the drilling cycle last year,the ratio of encountering effective reservoirs increased by 67. 5% and acid stimulation multiple is 2. 2 ~ 5. 0. Therefore,these key techniques provide references for effective development of other ultra- deep high- sulfur gas field.
