摘要
对云南某高硫难处理金精矿进行碱性加压氧化—氰化浸金试验研究,考察了加压氧化各因素对氰化浸金的影响,在固液比1∶6、木质素磺酸钠5 g/t、Na OH用量25%、温度180℃、压力2.0 MPa、反应时间4h、搅拌转速450 r/min的加压氧化最优条件下获得了93.2%的较高金浸出率。
The experimental study on alkali pressure pre - oxidation - cyanide leaching gold for one refractory gold concentrate with high sulphur in yunnan was carried out, which investigate the effect of pressure oxidatlon's factors on cyanide leaching of gold; the high- er gold leaching rate (93.2%) can be got under the optimal pressure oxidation conditions that the liquid-solid ratio is 1 ~ 6, sodium lignin sulfonate is 5g/t, NaOH dosage is 25%, the temperature is 180~C, the pressure is 2. 0MPa, the reaction time is 4 hours and the speed of agitator is 450r/min.
