伴随着航空航天业、电子产业、生物材料和尖端科技用材等一些特殊领域的应用,对海绵钛的质量要求越来越高,高品质海绵钛需求量也日益增加。通过对海绵钛生产过程及产品质量指标的分析,得出杂质元素O和Fe是影响海绵钛质量的主要因素。本文通过对海绵钛中杂质元素O和Fe的来源和形成原因进行研究,得出控制措施,取得了显著的效果,使海绵钛质量得到有效的改善。
