摘要
近些年来,绕行滑行道的修建使用成为提升机场运行安全、容量及效率的重要手段。介绍了绕行滑行道的概念及运行意义,通过选取典型机场进行地面网络建模,结合实际运行数据及航班计划等信息,利用计算机仿真对绕行滑行道运行方案进行了运行效益分析。仿真结果表明:采用绕行滑行道后,机场地面容量可提高2%,离场航班平均滑行时间降低9%,冲突探测与解脱次数降低21%,但进场航班平均滑行时间增加46%,故在特定条件下最大延误时间可减小5%。因此,机场运行安全与效率得到改善。
Optimization of End- Around Taxiways is a near- term operational change to increase safety, ca- pacity and efficiency at airports. This paper introduces the concept and operational benefits of perimeter taxiways. Considering the ground network data, operating mode and flight schedules of the closely spaced parallel runways airport, a simulation model with end- around taxiway was validated with simulation tools. The results show that compared with the current model, the ground capacity increases by 2%, the average taxi time of departure flights decrease by 9% ,the times of conflict detection and resolution decreases by 21% ,the average taxi time of arrival flights increases by 46% ,and the maximal delay reduces by 5% in a particular situation. Therefore, the safety and efficiency of airport surface traffic is improved.
