摘要
采用刚柔并济的背水反压堵漏法对宜春钽铌矿二号尾矿库排洪隧洞的渗漏进行处理。该方法采用注浆法和嵌压法两种方法配套实施,堵漏材料为水溶性高分子材料,关键工艺为灌浆。经实践检验,该方法实施简便,且安全可靠,优于传统的"刚性封堵"法,在宜春钽铌矿二号尾矿库安全运行了近3年多的时间,值得借鉴。
Back-water and back-pressure sealing method is applied to manage leakage of Yichun tantalum-niobium mine 2#tailings pond flood-drainage tunnel. This method adopts grouting and wedge pressure, water soluble high polymer material is adopted for sealing, and the key process is grouting. It has been proved that this method is simple and safe and better than the traditional rigid sealing method, the method has been used in Yichun tantalum-niobium mine 2# tailings pond for 3 years.
