摘要
MoO3中的K对钼粉的还原情况有着重要影响。本文研究了不同K含量的MoO3在相同温度还原后,钼粉的含氧量变化趋势及同一温度还原后钼粉的粒度、松比、成品率的变化趋势。结果表明:MoO3中的K含量越高,所需的还原温度就越低,反之越高;MoO3中的K含量不会对钼粉的松比产生显著影响;在一定工艺下还原时,钼粉的成品率会随MoO3中的K含量的增减而相应地增减。
K content in MoO3 has a significant impact on molybdenum powder reduction. This paper researches variation trend of O content in molybdenum powder after MoO3 containing different K content is reduced at the same temperature and variation trend of particle size, loose density and yield of molybdenum powder after reduction at the same temperature. The result shows the higher K content in MoO3, the lower reduction temperature required, K content in MoO3 will not have impact on loose density of molybdenum powder; the yield of molybdenum powder will increase or decrease with the increase or decrease of K content in MoO3 when reduction under a certain process.
