摘要
阳极保护的浓硫酸冷却器普遍采用恒电位仪完成控制功能,但由于其不能在DCS中进行控制,影响了控制功能的灵活性与适应性。根据阳极保护原理、阳极保护酸冷却器的工作原理及系统组成,在紫金铜业实现了一套由DCS控制的阳极保护酸冷却器控制系统。通过对该系统的信号及调节回路、联锁保护逻辑、系统调试及运行的分析,可以看出该系统为阳极保护酸冷器的运行管理提供了完善的技术支持。
Potentiostat is commonly adopted to complete control function in anodic protection concentrated acid cooler, flexibility and adaptability of control function is affected because it cannot be used in DSC for control. According to principle of anodic protection and working principle and system composition of anodic protection acid cooler, one set of anodic protection acid cooler control system controlled by DCS is established in Zijin Copper Industry Company. By analyzing input/output signal, control circuit,interlocking protection logic and system commissioning and operation, it can be seen that perfect technical support of the system is provided for operation management of anodic protection acid cooler.
