糖尿病肾病患者血清VEGF水平的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过糖尿病肾病患者的血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化以探讨其在糖尿病肾病发生、发展过程的临床意义。方法以我院收集糖尿病肾病患者30例为观察组,以健康体检者35例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测两组血清VEGF水平。结果糖尿病肾病患者组血清VEGF水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清VEGF的异常高水平可能与糖尿病肾病的发生发展有关,其浓度变化可用于监测糖尿病肾病病程进展及转归。
