摘要
医校协同开展医科生的医患心理教育是顺应医学模式转型、改革高等医学教育、构建中国特色医学人才培养体系的客观需要。本文在分析医校协同开展医科生医患心理教育的现状基础上,深入探讨了影响其教育效果的影响因素,并从完善内容体系、创新方式方法、构建保障体系等维度提出了对策。
The doctor-patient psychological education based on the synergy of hospitals and medical colleges is the objective need to comply with the medicine pattern transformation, reform the higher medical education, construct the medical personnel training system with Chinese characteristics.The paper analyses the status quo of the doctor- patient psychological education based on the synergy of hospitals and medical colleges, discusses the factors affecting it, puts forward the countermeasures. :
