摘要
采用水解法以CuCl为前驱体制备Cu2O纳米球,采用光电子能谱、紫外可见分光光度计、透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射对产物进行了表征,结果表明:在0-5℃下,用空气快速通入反应物溶液,进行水解反应,反应时间3-5min,可制得粒径范围为10-30nm、形状规则、粒径均一的立方结构的Cu2O纳米球。
Cuprous oxide nanospheres were prepared by hydrolysis using copper(I) chloride as precursor. The structure and morphology of the products were characterized by XPS, UV-Vis , TEM and XRD. The results showed that cuprous oxide nanospheres were of regular shape with uniform particle size and cubic structure when air was passed rapidly into the reactant solution , the reaction temperature was 0-5℃, and the reaction time was 3-5 min. The range of particle size was 10-30 nm.
