The Effect of Parents' Incarceration on Their Minor Children and Its Intervention

摘要 成人因犯罪而服刑,对其未成年子女造成严重影响。本文就父母服刑对未成年子女影响的相关理论、影响领域、干预及未来展望进行了综述和分析。相关理论包括发展理论、危险因素和弹性理论、累积性危险因素模型以及整合理论。服刑父母对子女影响涉及到经济、学业、情绪与适应、问题行为与犯罪、污名等方面。同时,本文提到了干预时的注意事项和未来的研究方向。 The adults who were incarcerated because of committing crimes have negative effect on their minor children. The present study explored the relationships between parental incarceration and the development of their children, which refer to theoretical perspectives, specific aspects, intervention and research directions in the future. The theories included developmental theories, risk and resilience theories, cumulative risk models and inte- gration theories. Parental incarceration has important effects on their minor children in lots of ways, such as physiology, economy, employment, emotion and adaption, problem and criminal behavior and stigma. Finally, some notes of intervention were discussed and the research directions were suggested in the future.
