摘要
"成长型"名园长是指目前在区域内有良好的办学声誉和个人优秀特征,当下呈现整体扩张趋势,未来有良好预期,能主动适应社会发展需要的新型园长。内在的本体性动力与外在的社会实践的推进,自我实现需要与社会发展需要、个体价值与社会价值实现的需要共同构成的双向互构成长动力系统,是"成长型"名园长的发展动力。这一群体的培养应关注培养目标的整体性,课程设计与资源开发的全面性,教学过程设计的成长性,评价方法的自我建构与选择性。
Growth type kindergarten directors refer to outstanding kindergarten directors who have good reputation, excellent personal qualities and can adapt to the development of the society well. The number of growth type kindergarten directors is increasing and has quite bright future. Internal motivation and external requirement constitute excitation system of growth type kindergarten directors, which can also be called the realization requirement of personal value and social value. The preparation of growth type kindergarten directors should emphasize the integrity of objectives, comprehensiveness of curriculum design and resource development, growth of teaching process and use constructional and optional evaluation methods.
