分布式构建并联电梯的系统研究

摘要 电梯并联是目前建筑采用较多的一种模式,它可以通过合理的调度提高电梯的运行效率。以五层五站建筑物为对象,研究并联电梯电气控制系统及其调度策略。为了实现2部电梯的控制,采用总线以分布式构建控制系统,选用3台PCD和多个远程模块实现2部电梯的内外招检测与登记、平层、换速、指层、选向、并联调度、开关门控制以及拖动系统的控制等。实验证明,基于总线和分布式构建的并联电梯控制系统可以大幅度减少系统中的连线、提高了系统的可靠性。 Elevator parallel control is widely adopted in buildings at present. It can improve the effi- ciency of the elevators by properly coordinating them. This essay, based on a five-story-five-station building, researches the electrical control system of parallel elevators as well as its coordination scheme. In order to realize the control of the two elevators, field bus technology is used to constitute the control system. In addition, three PCDs and multiple remote modules are used to realize the detection and regis- tration of the internal and external callings of the two elevators as well as the control of stop, speed switch, story indicating, direction, parallel coordination, switch gating system and the drive system of the elevators. Experiments conducted have proved that parallel control system of the elevators based on field bus technology can considerably reduce the wirings and enhance the reliability of the system.
