基于全球价值链视角的安徽省产业集群品牌战略研究

摘要 产业集群作为区域经济增长的引擎,极大地促进了安徽省的经济发展。但从全球价值链视角来看,安徽省产业集群处于"微笑曲线"的最底端,自主品牌缺失现象严重,迫切需要升级。运用全球价值链理论,分析安徽产业集群品牌战略的提升路径,并对安徽省孙村服装产业集群进行案例分析,分别从政府、行业协会和企业三个层面,给出相应的建议。 As a growth engine of regional economy, industrial cluster ment of Anhui Province. However, observed from the prospective of cluster has somehow located at the bottom of the "smiling curve" and has greatly promoted the economic develop- global value chain, the province's industrial there exist the phenomena of serious shortage of self-owned brands and urgent need of upgrading the clustered industry. By applying the theory of the global value chain, this paper analyzed the paths to upgrade the industrial cluster brand strategy for Anhui Province and made a case study of the clustered garment industry at Sun Village. The paper also respectively presented some corresponding recommendations for the three layers, namely, the government, industrial associations and the enterprises.
