摘要
目的对实木家具碳质量的影响因素进行分析,针对不同影响因素采取相应的有利于实木家具碳质量保持的设计方法。方法以森林和木材的固碳理论为基础,将科学数据与设计思维相结合。结论通过分析实木家具形成和使用的过程,得出不同树种木材的含碳率、实木家具使用周期、实木家具循环利用及加工过程消耗是影响实木家具碳质量的主要因素。通过分析影响因素,提出了优材广用、艺工结合、创生以及低碳设计方法,保持实木家具碳质量,进而指导木质家具产业低碳化发展,开拓和促进该行业设计思路与生产技术的进步。
It aims to analyze the influencing factors of carbon quality of solid wood furniture, adopt appropriate design methods for different factors conducive to keep the carbon quality of solid wood furniture. With carbon sequestration theory of forest and wood based, combined with scientific data and design thinking, by analyzing the formation and processes used of solid wood furniture, it determines the carbon content rate of different species of woodl life cycle of solid wood furniture, recycling and processing of consumption of solid wood furniture is the main factor affecting of the solid wood furniture carbon quality.By analyzing these factors, the widely used superior materiais, combination of art and engineering, innovation and low-carbon design methods are proposed to keep solid wood furniture carbon quality, to guide the development of low-carbon wood furniture industry, to develop and promote advancement of the industry design ideas and production techniques.
