摘要
目的探讨飞行人员血清内脂素(visfatin)水平及其基因多态性与冠心病间的相关性。方法选取军事飞行人员477例、冠心病患者44例、对照组202例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定受试者内脂素水平,聚合酶链反应-直接测序法(PCR-测序法)检测内脂素-1535C〉T位点多态性基因型及等位基因频率,同时测量身高、体重、血压等,并采集记录相应生化数据:总胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、尿酸(uric acid,UA),应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果冠心病组及飞行员组血清内脂素水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);在21~30岁、31~40岁组中,飞行员组血清内脂素水平均高于对照组(P〈0.05),而在≥41岁组中,飞行员内脂素水平较对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);飞行员不同年龄及不同飞行时间组间血清内脂素水平比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);三组间内脂素-1535C〉T位点多态性基因型及等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论飞行人员血清内脂素水平显著高于普通人群,可能是冠心病的风险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum visfatin polymorphisms and coronary heart disease in pilots. Methods Serum sample were taken from 477 military pilots, 44 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 202 health people as control. The serum level of visfatin was measured with enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction-direct sequencing (PCR-sequencing) to detect visfatin -1535C 〉 T polymorphism genotype and allele frequencies. At same time, the height, weight, and blood pressure etc, were also collected. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FBG), uric acid (UA) were measured as related biochemical data. For statistical testing SPSS17.0 was used. Results The serum levels of visfatin in CHD and pilots were significantly higher than those of control( P 〈0.01 ) ; In the 21 -30 year and 31 - 40 year groups, the serum visfatin levels of pilot groups were higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05 ), while there were no significant difference between the more than 41 years group and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; Among all age groups from the pliots there were no significant difference in serum visfatin (P 〉 0.05 ). The data also showed no statistically difference among the three groups on visfatin - 1535C 〉 T polymorphism genotype and allele frequency (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The el- evated levels of serum visfatin may be a new risk factor for coronary heart disease.
