A Study on the Development of the Salar's Halal Food of Xunhau from the View of the Silk Road Economic Belt

"丝绸之路经济带"建设是推动撒拉族社会经济快速发展的有利契机,因此,如何更好地融入丝绸之路经济带,构建独具特色的优势产业是摆在撒拉族面前亟需解决的问题。本文结合循化撒拉族本地资源禀赋的比较优势,以田野调查为基础,探讨如何将清真食品产业打造成循化县经济增长的主引擎,从而为更好地融入丝绸之路经济带提供产业支撑。

The construction of ＂the Silk Road Economic Belt＂ is a chance for improving the economic development of the Salar. Hence, it is a pressing problem for Salar that is how to integrate into the belt and construct the particular and competitive industries. Based on the field investigation, the paper focused on exploring the way of making the halal food industry the chief profitable engine of local economic so as to integrate into the belt better.
