上海内地新疆高中班德育教育成效调查研究

Investigation about the Ideological Educational Effect of the Inland Xinjiang Seniors in Shanghai

文章在实地调研的基础上研究分析了上海内地新疆班目前在思想品德教育方面所取得的成效及存在问题,并提出了建立统一的可操作性的内高班德育考评体系、重视和加强对现行德育教育中薄弱点和空白点的理论研究和指导、强化内派管理教师的专业培养以及进一步加强新疆班学生的感恩教育、暑期政治思想教育等对策和建议。

The paper analyzed the ideological educational effect and some current problems of the inland Xinjiang seniors in Shanghai on the base of field investigation. The paper also proposed some practical and relevant evaluation system . It suggests to pay more attention on and reinforce the theory research and guidance related with the weak points and blank points in the existing ideological education, proposes some countermeasure and advice to strength the professional training of the assigning teachers and gratitude education, political ideological education in summer vacation of these students.
