血清胱抑素C在慢性肾功能衰竭诊断中的价值 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)在早期诊断慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)中的应用价值。方法选取2013年10月至2014年3月该院收治的CRF患者150例作为观察组,其中肾功能不全代偿期19例,氮质血症期70例,肾功能衰竭期34例,尿毒症期27例,分别测定各期患者CysC,血清肌酐(Scr),尿素氮(BUN)水平并计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),另随机选取同期健康体检者40例(无肾病史和其他慢性病史,血肌酐和肌酐清除率都在参考范围内)作为对照组,比较2组CysC、Scr、BUN水平。结果对照组与观察组之间的CysC,Scr,Ccr及BUN差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且在肾功能衰竭的不同时期,CysC,Scr及BUN水平随着肾功能的损害程度的增加而升高,Ccr随着肾功能的损害程度的增加而降低。对照组与肾功能不全代偿期组的CysC比较差异有统计学意义,而Scr比较差异无统计学意义。结论 CysC,Scr,Ccr,BUN均为判断肾功能损伤的指标,但CysC比Scr,Ccr,BUN对早期诊断慢性肾功能衰竭更灵敏。
