摘要
目的为了更好的了解用人单位对徐州医学院药学毕业生的满意度,评估大学期间的教学效果以及改进和完善药学生就业指导工作,培养社会需要的知识、能力、技能复合型药学人才。方法设计制定药学毕业生用人单位满意度调查表,对11届、12届、13届药学毕业生用人单位满意度进行调查研究。结果用人单位对已录用大学生的评价总体较好,但认为录用的大学生的综合素质和实践创新能力并不高;结论药学教育工作者应当注重药学生综合素质、敬业精神和专业技能的培养,开展独具特色的个性化就业指导。
Objective To better understand employer’s degree of satisfaction with graduates of pharmacy Xuzhou medical, this article evaluates the effectiveness of teaching in college and improves the employment guidance work of students to train compound pharmaceutical talents with knowledge, ability and skills which the society needs.Methods This article uses a method designed to make pharmacy graduate employer satisfaction questionnaire, in order to research employer’s satisfaction with the 11th, 12th, 13th graduates of pharmacy.ResultsThe employer has a better evaluation of the employed college students, however, they believe that the comprehensive quality and practical ability of the college students are not high.Conclusion Pharmacy education workers should pay more attention to students' comprehensive quality, dedication and professional skills training to carry out the unique personalized employment guidance.
