摘要
通过泄泻病理论教学的讲解,提高学生辨证论治的临证思维能力,笔者对此有一些体会,进行了总结。重温中医脏腑生理功能,引入病机讲解,板书图文并茂,帮助学生理解深入透彻。提纲挈领抓重点,辨证要点为重心。灵活运用启发式教学,使学生在讲课中思索,深入理解病机、病症特点及组方思路。思考讨论名老中医医案,训练学生中医临床思维能力,还可学习名家经验。
The author summarized some experience of the classroom teaching in diarrhea disease, which could be helpful to improve students’ ability of TCM clinical thinking in this disease. Firstly, to help students to get intensive comprehensions, the author reviewed the TCM physiological function, explained the pathogenesis, and designed a Illustrated blackboard-writing. Secondly, the main points of syndrome differentiation were explained briefly and explicitly as the key points. Thirdly, the author highlighted heuristic method of teaching and used it flexibly to help students to think deeply and understand the pathogenesis, symptoms and prescription intensively. Last but not the least, the author discussed famous doctors’ clinical cases of TCM to improve students’ ability of TCM clinical thinking.
