探析宫颈癌中缺氧诱导因子-1α和MVD-CD105的表达及临床价值

Expression and Clinical Value of Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α and MVD-CD105 on Cervical Cancer

目的探析宫颈癌疾病缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)以及MVD-CD105具体的表达与临床价值。方法选择免疫组化的方法对研究对象MVD-CDl05的实际值给予测定,评价HIF-h具体的表达情况。结果 HIF-1α的表达情况同在正常的宫颈和宫颈癌组织以及CIN各组存在,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌中的HIF-1Q的表达情况同宫颈癌临床病理的具体分期同淋巴结实际的转移情况相关。

Objective Cervical cancer disease of hypoxia inducible factor 1α and the expression of MVD - CD105 and its clinical value.Methods The actual value CD105 MVD - selection method of immunohistochemistry to study the expression given object determination, evaluation of HIF - H speciifc.Results The expression of HIF 1α and the presence of normal cervix and cervical carcinoma and CIN groups were signiifcantly difference, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe expression of HIF in cervical carcinoma 1Q metastasis with clinical pathology in cervical cancer with lymph node staging of the speciifc actual correlation.
