彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined With Four-dimensional Ultrasound Diagnosis of Fetal Cord Around the Neck

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床效果。方法将我院收治的疑似为胎儿脐带绕颈的60例孕妇平均分成研究组和对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声对对照组孕妇实施诊断,采用彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声诊断对研究组孕妇实施诊断,将诊断结果与分娩结果进行比较。结果 60例孕妇经分娩均证实为胎儿脐带绕颈,研究组孕妇的诊断准确率为96.7%,高于对照组孕妇的76.7%(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈,准确率高,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the color doppler ultrasound combined with the clinical effect of four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck. Methods Our hospital suspected of umbilical cord around the neck of 60 cases of pregnant women were divided into research group and the control group on average, by color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing the control implementation of pregnant women, by color doppler lfow imaging （cdif） in combination with the four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis for the team pregnant women, the diagnosis results compared with delivery results.Results 60 cases of pregnant women after childbirth were confirmed as the fetal umbilical cord around the neck, the team of a pregnant woman diagnostic accuracy was 96.7%, signiifcantly higher than the control group 76.7% of pregnant women （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Color doppler lfow imaging （cdif） combined with 4 d ultrasound diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck, high accuracy, safety and reliable.
