通络救脑注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用

Protective Effects of Tongluojiunao Injection on Focal Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injured Rats

目的观察通络救脑注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠记忆功能的保护作用及作用机制。方法采用改进的Longa法制备大鼠右侧大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,观察通络救脑注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能评分的影响,以及大鼠血清中CK、LDH、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)活性的变化。结果与模型组相比,通络救脑注射液能改善大鼠神经行为,降低CK、LDH、MDA含量,明显升高SOD活性。结论通络救脑注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the potential mechanism and protective effects of Tongluojiunao injection on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injured rats.Methods Right middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats was induced by improved Longa method. The scores of neurological deifcits in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injured rats were evaluated. The changes of CK, LDH, SOD and MDA in rat serum were also determined.Results Compared with model group, scores of neurological deifcits and infarct volume were lower in the Tongluojiunao injection groups. Meanwhile, the activity of SOD was increased, while the content of CK, LDH and MDA was decreased in Tongluojiunao injection groups.Conclusion Tongluojiunao injection has protective effects of on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injured rats.
