桃红四物汤联合曲美他嗪治疗2型糖尿病心肌病变阴虚血瘀证30例临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察桃红四物汤联合曲美他嗪对2型糖尿病阴虚血瘀证患者心肌病变及脂联素、TNF-α及TGF-β1的影响。方法:选择60例患者,随机分为2组,2组患者均进行生活方式干预及常规降糖药物治疗。对照组30例,单纯予曲美他嗪口服;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗基础上加用桃红四物汤口服。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗5个疗程后观察并比较临床疗效、FBG、Hb Alc、炎性细胞因子脂联素、TNF-α及TGF-β1水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率83.3%,明显高于对照组的50.0%;治疗组较对照组更能显著降低FBG、Hb Alc;治疗组较对照组能显著升高血清脂联素水平及降低血清TNF-α以及TGF-β1水平。结论:桃红四物汤联合曲美他嗪可以显著改善2型糖尿病阴虚血瘀证的临床表现和心电图变化,其作用机制除了与血糖控制有关外,还可能与调节炎性细胞因子脂联素、TNF-α及TGF-β1水平的表达有关。
