Technologies of Raman spectroscopy and its applications in drug research

摘要 拉曼光谱因其样品无需特殊前处理,灵敏度较高,操作简单等优点被广泛应用于材料科学、生物医药、环境监测等领域。该技术具有不受水的干扰、可进行活体检测的优势,在药物研究中蕴育着广阔的应用前景。本文概述了拉曼光谱的主要技术原理;探讨了拉曼光谱技术在药物制剂、药物分析、中药鉴定、中药活性成分分析等药物研究领域中的应用。 Raman spectra has advantages of high se pre-treatment, thus it is wi ring, and so on.
