抗肿瘤治疗药物监测与合理应用研究进展

Progress in therapeutic drug monitoring and rational use of anti-tumor drugs

目的:对抗肿瘤治疗药物监测和合理应用的研究进展进行综述,为临床用药提供参考。方法:以治疗药物监测、抗肿瘤药物、药物相互作用、个体化用药以及合理用药为关键词进行文献检索。纳入标准:1治疗药物监测的研究与合理用药。2抗肿瘤药物的临床应用与合理用药。3抗肿瘤药物的治疗药物监测,共筛选出相关文献17篇。结果:通过长期发展,治疗药物监测已形成完整的学科体系。抗肿瘤药物具有治疗指数低、毒性大、与其他药物联用复杂以及个体差异大等特点,需要进行治疗药物监测以保证药效并控制毒性。结论:治疗药物监测可以为患者制定个体化用药方案,指导抗肿瘤合理用药。

Objective： To summarize the research progress in therapeutic drug monitoring （TDM） and rational use of anti-tumor drugs, and to provide references for clinical practice. Methods： Research papers were searched with ＂therapeutic drug monitoring＂, ＂anti-tumor drugs＂, ＂drug interaction＂, ＂individual treatment＂ and ＂rational drug use＂ as key words, and 17 papers were finally screened out according to the inclusion criteria as follows ： study of TDM and rational drug use ; clinical application and rational use of anti-tumor drugs ; applications of TDM to anti-tumor drugs. Results： Through long-term development, TDM has become a complete discipline system. Most anti-tumor drugs have the feature of low therapeutic index, high toxicity, complex interactions between anti-tumor drugs and other drugs, and wide inter-patient variability. TDM is essential to ensure the efficacy and toxicity of anti-tumor drugs. Conclusion： TDM can be performed for individual treatment strategies and rational use of anti-tumor drugs.
